To return a product we ask that you simply click here to complete a returns form. We will then take a look at your request and provide you with a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorisation) code. Any returned orders received without a code will not be accepted. You have 14 calendar days to return your items from receipt of a code. Please allow 5 working days for your return to processed and replacements or refunds to be actioned. Please note any consumable goods, eg. coils, e-liquids, disposables & clearomisers which are sold in tamper proof packaging must be returned it its original packaging unless faulty. Please do not use a courier service or special delivery unless the item/s are over the value of Royal Mail's 1st Class compensation. You must obtain proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items not being received without it.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Once we have received your return will we refund the cost of return postage and either replace your goods or provide a refund.
If you later discover a fault with your item you may be entitled to replacement, repair or refund. Please note we fully inspected items on receipt, should we find that your items have been misused this will could affect the entitlement to a refund or replacement. However, here at Smokshop we will always do our best to find a solution to get you vaping again.
Inline with the Distance Selling Act, you have 14 days to change your mind about your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us at your own expense. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original inner and outer packaging. We appreciate you may have inspected the goods, so any outer plastic shrink wrapping is exempt from this, unless it's part of consumable goods.
