We offer a same day dispatch on all orders placed by 3pm. Orders after this time may still be dispatched the same day, but can't be guaranteed. Please note we do not dispatch any orders over the weekend or on bank holiday. There may be times that circumstances are out of our control, which will affect our usual dispatch service, such as extreme weather or when Royal Mail are not fully operating. In these instances, we will endeavour to get your order dispatched as soon as we are able.
