With Royal Mail we have a flat rate of £1.49 for postage no matter how much you spend. Small packages will be sent by Royal Mail 24. Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and a high percentage dispatched the same day.


We also have the Royal Mail Tracked 48 option for £3.95 - Track your parcel online.

Please note that before and after Bank Holidays and leading up to Christmas expect delays on these services due to high volumes of mail in Royal Mail's network.

 

Refunds & Returns: 

Before sending anything back please contact us and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) this will help us determine who it is that's sending the item back, and why they're sending it back. Contact support@smokshop.com for more information. 

 

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on unused unwanted items, you have 14 days to check your goods and return them to us. After you request a refund they must be returned in as good as new condition. Atomizers and Cartomizers are covered by our 14 day money back guarantee if they're still sealed in their packaging, as soon as they have been opened or used they are exempt from our 14 day money back guarantee.

 

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will test for any faults and issue a replacement. Any costs incurred sending the goods back to us will be refunded, as long as your goods test faulty. If you have changed your mind and only inspected the goods, but haven't used them, then non-faulty products can be returned if they are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.

Mods, Batteries and Chargers come with a 30 day guarantee. (30 day guarantee for ego batteries applies to standard resistance only)

Please note that all E-Liquid purchases are exempt from our 14 day money back guarantee if opened.

 

If you find any faulty or missing products or any damages and wish to replace them. Then please email support@smokshop.com  we may not instruct or wish for you to send your goods back and may issue you with a direct replacement. Our returns department will decide on what action needs to be taken and will instruct you on how to go about returning your item/s to us. If the items are sent back without following this procedure we may not be able to issue you with a postage refund, so please make sure to wait for your returns authorisation number.

 

Please note that all returns must be sent back well packaged as we can not be held responsible for any returned goods that don't arrive. Please remember to keep the receipt or proof of postage from the post office in the event that we don't receive the items in the post. Please do not use a courier service or special delivery unless the item/s are over the value of Royal Mails 24 or 48 compensation.
